Anderson Co-Authors Chapter on International Mediation

Along with his colleagues Ben Beaumont and Herman Verbist, Alan M. Anderson authored a chapter in a book published by Kluwer Law International. The chapter is entitled, “The United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation: Its Genesis, Negotiation and Future.” It was published in The Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business: International Mediation (Volume 41a), edited by Christian Campbell. The chapter explores the Singapore Convention developed by UNCITRAL Working Group II and discusses some of the issues that exist for its future interpretation and application.
