Anderson Participates in Webinar Hosted by Stockholm Chamber of Commerce

On April 6, 2021, Alan M. Anderson participated as a panel member in a webinar hosted by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, entitled, “Stirring the Pot: Ways to Avoid Boiling Over in Investor-State Disputes, Third Party Funding, and Reform of the ISDS System.” The webinar was another virtual book launch event based on the monograph Anderson co-edited, The Investor-State Dispute Settlement System: Reform, Replace or Status Quo?, published by Kluwer Law International.
