Association ARBITRI Hosts Webinar on ISDS Book

On February 16, Association ARBITRI, a non-profit professional association focused on supporting the creation of a modern system of alternative dispute resolution in Bosnia and Herzegovina, hosted a webinar based on Alan M. Anderson’s recently-published book, The Investor-State Dispute Settlement System: Reform, Replace or Status Quo? Anderson was one of the presenters during the webinar, which included his co-editor, Ben Beaumont, and three of the contributors to the volume.
